The home has two 'sides'--owner-occupied half and the visiting writer’s suite on the other side (the only shared space is the pool). The suite has its own a/c and heat, so you can find the perfect temp for yourself. Keyless (punch pad) entry. *The property has a large pool that—currently—is only heated in the summer (by the sun).
